Command Staff provides a dedicated point of contact (Incident Commander) ready to work directly with your group sponsor to assure every detail of your training event is efficiently planned and coordinated. Transportation, hotels, catered meals, evening dining and entertainment, on-field rehab supplies, souvenir t-shirts and hats….Command Staff will take care of every detail.
Planning
Command Staff provides planning services for every aspect of your trip from arrival to departure, ensuring attendees enjoy their trip both on and off the training field. Command Staff leverages relationships with hotels, local restaurants, caterers, entertainment groups, vendors and other service providers to plan an all-around great experience based on the likes of the group.
Logistics
Command Staff technicians will provide complete logistical support to minimize the burden on your staff and instructors in preparing for and delivering training. Our technicians will order, pickup, deliver and set up all materials and equipment prior to arrival and throughout your visit. Regular updates will be provided prior to arrival in College Station to make sure no detail is missed.
Operations
Command Staff provides trained technicians to support all of your on-field needs. Our technicians will set up classrooms, stock snacks and refreshments, refill coolers, make pick up and delivery trips and anything else needed to lighten the load on your instructors and support staff.
Finance/Admin
Upon request, Command Staff will provide consolidated billing for all services planned or coordinated on your behalf. Or team will track and pay all expenses to vendors and service providers and prepare a consolidated invoice of charges along with receipts of all expenses.
